See What Supporters Have to Say

Cois Byrd - Riverside County Sheriff - Retired

" I strongly support the re-election of Supervisor Bob Buster in the June primary election. Bob closely questions the expenditure of our tax dollars and his record proves that Public Safety is his highest priority. There is no stronger advocate in support of the needs of the Sheriff's Department, District Attorney and other Justice agencies. I urge your vote for Bob Buster. He is a strong advocate for your safety."

After receiving many deceptive political mailings on behalf of Frank Schiavone, I decided I could no longer keep quiet. All of his mailings claim he has the support of police officers and firefighters. I couldn't take seeing the uniformed security guard on the front cover in an attempt to pass him off as a real officer. What kind of back-door good ol' boy deal was done to get this endorsement from their political union. Based on Schiavone's deception, I fired off a letter to the editor tonight. I'm hoping that since I'm a subscriber to the Press Enterprise that they will print it. I pointed out the deception and let it known that I will be supporting Bob for supervisor. I also pointed out that Frank only recently decided to change his DHL opinion since it was voting season.

Last, I would be more than happy to place a Bob Buster sign in my front yard. I know most of my neighbors and all know that I am an officer. I hate when the unions endorse candidates without getting a vote from their membership.

Sincerely,

Chris Blasnek

"Supervisor Buster cares about quality of life. He defended the rights of the residents of the Temescal Valley when they opposed the Synagro composting facility. As a leader, he has made significant contributions toward building trails and has been relentless in his efforts to preserve open space in our district." _______________________________
